Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital goods
All BhagyaScore products are personalised digital reports prepared specifically for you. Because preparation begins immediately after payment, orders generally cannot be cancelled once placed.
2. 7-day free revision guarantee
If your report contains a factual calculation error — for example an incorrect planetary position for your birth details, a wrongly computed number, or analysis of details different from the ones you submitted — tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will regenerate the report free of charge. If we cannot correct the error, we will refund you in full.
3. Non-delivery
If you paid but did not receive your report within 24 hours, check your spam folder first, then write to us. We will re-send it immediately, and if we cannot deliver your report, you receive a full refund.
4. Duplicate payments
Duplicate or accidental double payments for the same order are refunded in full — just email us with both payment references.
5. What is not refundable
Refunds are not provided for disagreement with a report's interpretations or predictions, for details you entered incorrectly, or for change of mind after delivery. Astrology, palmistry and numerology are interpretive disciplines, and our guarantee covers factual and calculation accuracy, not outcomes.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, via our payment gateway partner.
7. How to raise a request
Email hello@bhagyascore.com with the email address used at checkout and a short description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours on working days.
