Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

All BhagyaScore products are digital reports (PDF). Nothing physical is shipped, so no shipping charges ever apply.

2. Delivery timelines

Reports are typically delivered within minutes of successful payment, and in all cases within 24 hours. Palm reading reports may occasionally take longer if we need to ask you for a clearer palm photograph — we will contact you in that case.

3. Where your report is delivered

Your report is sent as a PDF to the email address you provide at checkout. If you share a WhatsApp number, we also send it to you on WhatsApp. Please double-check your email address at checkout — mistyped addresses are the most common cause of "missing" reports.

4. Didn't receive it?

Check your spam/promotions folder first. If it's not there, email hello@bhagyascore.com and we will re-send it immediately. If we cannot deliver your report, you receive a full refund — see our Refund Policy.
