2. What we collect
To prepare your report we collect the details you provide at checkout: your name, date of birth, and depending on the product, your time and place of birth, palm photographs, email address and WhatsApp number. We also collect standard technical data (device, browser, pages visited) to run and improve the website.
3. How we use it
Your details are used to (a) prepare and deliver your personalised report, (b) provide customer support, revisions and refunds, and (c) send you your free check result or order updates. If you opt in, we may send you offers on email/WhatsApp; you can opt out at any time.
4. What we never do
We never sell your personal information. We never share your birth details, palm photos or report contents with third parties, except the service providers strictly needed to run BhagyaScore (payment processing, email/WhatsApp delivery, secure hosting), each bound to use your data only to provide their service to us.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details on our servers.
6. Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit. Palm photographs are retained only as long as needed to prepare and support your report, after which they may be deleted.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (along with your report and photos) by emailing hello@bhagyascore.com. We respond within 7 working days.
